1. Ministry of Welfare funded project: A new design of a multiaxial orthotic hip joint   permitting squatting and cross legged sitting  when used with hip-knee-ankle-foot orthosis was developed, first of its kind in the world.
2. ICMR funded, multicentric study "Pediatric disability prevention and rehabilitation, A pilot study on poliomyelitis"
3. ICMR Funded project: "Health Education for Prevention of Physical Disability".
4. Ministry of Welfare funded project: "Squatting Above Knee Prosthesis"
5. ICMR funded research project: "Survey of Amputees with special reference to the cause of amputation and evaluation of the effectiveness of modern prosthetic hardware in rural areas".
6. "Comparative efficacy of NSAID's and Indigenous drug in Osteoarthrosis" in collaboration with the Deptt of Pharmacology.
7. "Selective Motor Nerve block with a neurolytic agent - phenol- for the management of spasticity in Cerebral Palsy children. A  collaborative multi-institutional study".
8. "Joint Collaborative Project on Immediate Post-operative Ischial Weight Bearing Prosthesis, Transfer of Technology and Clinical Trial".Collaborative project with Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, Wayne State University School of Medicine,U.S.A.
9. At present work is going on comparative efficacy of indigenous treatment and modern management of disabling neurological conditions.
10. Impact of Multidisciplinary Intervention on Health Related Quality of Life (QOL) in Ambulatory Older Subjects, Collaborative Research Project funded by ICMR. with Department of Medicine, Dr AB Dey, Dr U Singh, Dr Surya Gupta.
11. Prospective evaluation of Neurogenic bowel and bladder disorders in children with cerebral palsy (Funded by Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment – Under S& T mission mode).
12. Design of smart functional electrical stimulator for physicall challenged persons, in collaboration with DCR University of Science and Technology, Murthal.
