Pediatric Oncology division in the department was established more than five decades ago by Prof LS Arya, a pediatric oncologist of international repute .Over the years the division has progressed steadily and caters to children with various childhood malignancies predominantly being acute lymphoblastic and myeloid leukemia, retinoblastoma, lymphoma and histiocytosis. The pediatric oncology services are provided via two specialty clinics: The Pediatric oncology clinic & Pediatric cancer survivor clinic.
The Spectrum of Patients seen commonly include acute leukemia, lymphomas, neuroblastoma, neuroblastoma, retinoblastoma & histiocytosis.
