Department of Surgical Oncology offers following opportunities for training –
- MCh Surgical Oncology: A 3-year academic training program with annual intake of 6 candidates (5 General and 1 sponsored) – selected via Institute of National Importance Super-Specialty (INI-SS) Entrance Test conducted bi-annually. For more details – visit https://bit.ly/aiimsmch
- Senior Residency in Surgical Oncology (Non-academic) – A 3-year hands-on training in Surgical Oncology after MS in General Surgery – selection via All India Entrance Examination conducted biannually. For more details – visit https://bit.ly/aiimsSR
- Long term Training : One to Two years training in Surgical Oncology for sponsored general surgeons from Armed Forces, State Medical  Colleges, Public sector hospitals  and other governmental agencies.- Short term Observership: 1 to 6 months observership in Surgical Oncology.
- International Trainees – Long-term training & Short term observership.
