Food:
All lunches, tea and 2 dinners would be provided in the conference.
However, if so wished there are excellent restaurants available with the
venue complex serving various cuisine [both Indian Continental at
reasonable rates]

Clothing :
Delhi will be pleasant during the event. The temperatures
range would be from 10-15 degree Celsius. Light woolen clothing
required.
Languages :
English is commonly used in all business transactions,
however the main spoken language is Hindi. The official language of the
Congress shall be English.
Letter of Invitation :
Invitation letters will be issued on request to
facilitate delegates to travel. However this does not imply any
financial support towards expenses for attending the conference, such as
registration, travel and hotel accommodation.
Currency :
The currency of India is Rupee which is 100 paise. Rupee
currency comes in denominations of 1,2,5,10,20,50,100,500 and 1000. The
present conversation rate is 1USD= Rs.45 (approx). It is best to convert
in the country of origin or at the International Airport.
Visas :
To be obtained from Indian Missions abroad. One should
possess a valid National Passport. Visitors are generally required to
make an oral identification of their baggage and foreign currency in
their possession.
Immunization :
Yellow Fever inoculations are necessary for all delegates
coming from / transiting through Endemic Yellow Fever Countries. Travel
advisories must be followed.
Credit Cards :
Almost all the International credit cards like VISA,
American express and Master Card are accepted.
Insurance :
The faculty members, delegates and companions must make
their own insurance for attending the conference and the organizers
shall not be responsible for any damages.
