90 days before the check-in date, there shall be no retention levied by the hotel.
From 90 days to 60 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of one night deposit inclusive of taxes.
From 60 days to 30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night deposit inclusive of taxes as retention.
Individual rooms less than 30 days before the check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge the individual 50% of room billing inclusive of taxes of the nights booked.
Individual rooms less than 72 hours before check-in or an eventual no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the individual 100% retention for the entire booking period.
