Welcome to ARTTICON-2007 Invitation Dear Colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi for the 1st SAARC & the XIth National Conference of “Association of Radiation Therapy Technologists of India” (ARTTICON- 2007) to be held during October 5 - 7, 2007. All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi being a premier institute in India has the latest state- of- the art technology in the field of Radiation Oncology. We have expertise in almost all the sub-specialties of Radiotherapy and we have a strong contingent of technical staff who is dealing with latest equipments. The conference will highlight the newer and current technologies in radiation therapy like 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Radiotherapy (SRT), Stereotactic Radio surgery (SRS), Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Total Skin Electron Therapy (TSET), Radio-Frequency Ablation (RFA), Intra- Operative Brachy-Therapy (IOBT) etc. We have planned to make this annual event a grand academic programme and the attending delegates will find it useful in many ways. There will be live demonstrations of some of the above Radiotherapy procedures and treatment techniques on October 5th 2007. Delhi being the capital of India has lot of tourist places to visit for the delegates attending the conference. We are sure that the delegates will enjoy the conference and the city.
