IPR policy -2017

This policy is presently effective at AIIMS. It governs the privileges of Faculty and Research scholars, their scope of institutional Intellectual Property rights, sharing of benifits, technical translation and associated aspects 

Innovation Disclosure Format (IDF)

This form should be filled by the Faculty/Principal Investigator along with the request of filling any IPR

Declaration by Principal Investigator

This declaration is to be filled by the Principal Investigator/Faculty of the Institute at the time of processing any request for IPR filling, Innovation Disclosure, permission for copyright, etc.

Non-Disclosure Form (NDF)

This document is usually taken from the lab team as more than one project runs in the lab. This avoids inadvertent disclosure of novelty. Also protects the Principal Investigator from misuse  and misappropriate of data from his/her laboratory.

Collaborative Research Agreement (CRA)Within INDIA

CRA is a essential part of any collaborations. In the absence of which, one might loose their legitimate right in the participation. It also clarifies the rolls of individuals involved to avoid  conflicts in future

Confidentiality Agreement (CA)

This agreement can be considered for execution before any interaction of Institute Faculty with Third Party (Company/Institute) to protect the disclosure, confidential information with the regard to the ongoing research and technology development.

Material Transfer Agreement (MTA)

This agreement governs the term of material including biological samples that will be transferred to any Third party and misuse.

Academic Collaboration Request Form

Any Third party interested in or looking for a suitable collaboration with the institute faculty/scientist having domain expertise can use this form to get the support of IPR&TTD
