The INDUS-EM Leadership and Board of Directors Invite Institutions, Experts, Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics, Administrators Residents and Students in Medicine and Public Health to participate in this  Educational Extravaganza to be held at AIIMS. 

INDUS-EM is India’s Only Level One Conference imparting and exchanging quality knowledge in acute care. It is being hosted by two worlds renowned Institutions having Emergency Medicine Programs with Level One Status. The Leading partners for the Summit are the Divisions of Emergency Medicine and Trauma at the University of South Florida, Tampa Florida, USA and All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. The Level One Status enables University of South Florida and AIIMS to provide General and Specialized Emergency Care and Training in Trauma, Burns, Cardiac, Stroke, Toxic and Disaster Medicine

The theme for INDUS-EM 2006 is “CONNECTING CARE, COMPETENCIES AND CULTURE”. This is the Second Year of INDUS-EM after its mammoth success last year.

The Year 2006 celebrates the Academic Golden Jubilee of The University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi India. This is also the Silver Jubilee year of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI-USA).

INDUS-EM 2006 Promises a series of exchanges in academic development and implementation of training tools related to developing future academic faculty and residents in Emergency Medicine in India.  There are attractive competitions and career forum for Physicians, nurses and Paramedics. The INDO-US Academic Council will solicit councilors from each Medical College in India to develop a curriculum for Trauma and Emergency Medicine.
