1. The Institute imparts short-term training not exceeding 6 months to individuals, who are sponsored by their institutions/hospitals/colleges /Universities; private practitioners, postgraduate students etc. A fee in Indian rupees
   equivalent of US $ 200 is charged for the first month & $ 100 for subsequent months from foreign nationals/citizen.
   The training is arranged in consultation with the respective department/discipline and the time and period of training is
   decided mutually by the department/discipline and candidate who is to be trained. This training does not lead to the
   award of any degree/diploma.
   

Due to shortage of hostel accommodation, a candidate coming to the Institute for short term & long term training
has to make his/her own arrangements for stay. The Institute does not provide any hostel accommodation.

2. An in-service employee has to apply for training alongwith his/her complete bio-data (4 copies) with attested photocopies of degrees/certificates of his/her academic qualifications (only graduate and postgraduate level) through
   his / her employers (i.e. through proper channel) and brief details on the prescribed format enclosed (4 copies).
   You are, therefore, required to do the needful, in the first instance.
   
3. You are advised to apply for training alongwith you complete bio-data (4 copies) alongwith attested photocopies
   of certificates/degree (only graduate & postgraduate level) of your academic qualifications alongwith the brief
   details on the prescribed format enclosed (4 copies), before your request is processed further.
   
4. You are advised to specify the field/discipline in which you want to do your training alongwith the period and
   dates for such a training.
   
5. On receipt of required documents/information, your request will be processed for obtaining alongwith the period clearance  from the Government of India which usually takes 2-3 months.
   
6. Please quote this office reference number & date in all future correspondence.
